We are looking for a dedicated Senior EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) Specialist to join our team in Dallas, TX. In this critical role, you will leverage your knowledge and expertise in EHS to provide essential technical support to the plant, driving the implementation and execution of environmental, health, and safety systems. You will work closely with various teams, including the Corporate EHS team, Plant Management, Production, Maintenance, and Engineering, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while promoting a culture of safety and sustainability.

Competitive Pay : Starting at $52.81 per hour,

Stable Schedule : Monday – Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM

As a Senior EHS Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include :

• Coordinating and leading EHS activities and programs to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and health regulations.
• Supporting the execution, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of EHS management systems for the plant.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address EHS issues, improve safety practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Providing technical support and guidance to plant teams and EHS specialists within the network.
• Monitoring EHS performance and conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections.
• Leading incident investigations, conducting root cause analysis, and ensuring corrective actions are taken.
• Assisting in the development and delivery of EHS training programs to plant personnel.
• Ensuring documentation, reports, and compliance records are up-to-date and in line with regulatory standards.
