Account Growth Manager
This is a remote position. We're looking for results-driven Account Growth Manager to win new clients and grow existing accounts. You'll be the main point of contact from first hello to long-term success driving revenue, building relationships, and making sure clients see real value. Key responsibilities include :
- Identify and qualify leads through research, calls, and networking.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and secure referrals.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals to win new business.
- Represent the company at events and build industry connections.
- Support market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Client Success & Growth (Post-Sales) :
Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth service adoption.Maintain regular communication to monitor satisfaction and resolve issues.Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase account value.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent results.Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet targets.Work with the CEO to finalize contracts and pricing when needed.Benefits
