Position Summary :

The Area Manufacturing Manager provides high level manufacturing expertise in the application of best available technology and practices across all eight mills. The Area Manufacturing Manager works with mill manufacturing and corporate resources and facilitate the exchange of best practices between mills.

PCA is the third largest manufacturer of containerboard and corrugates packaging in United States. PCA is an ideas and solutions company. In 2023, our 7 containerboard plants ("Mills") produced nearly 4.5 million tons of containerboard and the International Falls mill produced 0.47 million tons of white paper generating nearly netting $8.0 billion in total sales. The Area Manufacturing Manager is responsible for improving mill performance by introducing and implementing best practices and latest technology.
