Salary : Based on experience, ranging from $55,000 - $95,000
We are seeking a Control Systems Engineer to design, develop, and implement control systems for our customers' manufacturing processes. This role involves electrical panel design, PLC & HMI programming, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with UL508A standards.

Key Responsibilities
Control System Design & Development
- Design industrial control panels in compliance with UL508A standards.
- Develop PLC & HMI programs to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Create and maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts using AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar software.
- Specify components (PLCs, relays, motor controls, etc.) based on project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with NFPA 79, NEC, and UL508A standards.
- Provide guidance to CAD staff and manage drawing production schedules.
- Generate, test, and implement innovative automation solutions.
- Oversee projects from concept to completion.
Programming & Implementation
Develop PLC and HMI programs for automation systems.Implement SCADA systems for process control and monitoring.Panel Testing & Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
Create and review testing documents.Perform initial FAT procedures and execute final FAT testing.Site Start-Up & Troubleshooting
Develop and test loop check documents.Conduct loop checks and support site start-up alongside customers.Troubleshoot and maintain existing control systems to ensure efficiency and reliability.What We Offer
