The Position

We are a cutting-edge cyber security company and we are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy senior commercial counsel to join our global legal team. This role will be based in our San Francisco office and report to the General Counsel.

What You Will Be Doing

• Contract Drafting & Negotiation : Lead the drafting, review and negotiation of a high volume of commercial agreements including SaaS, OEM, MSAs, SOWs, channel and professional services agreements.
• Process Improvement : Develop, maintain, and enhance commercial playbooks, contract templates and contract management to improve operational efficiency, ensure consistency, and support scalability.
• Strategic Legal Advice : Provide legal counsel on matters relating to legal risk, business strategy, and contract structuring.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Be a valued member of a growing cross-functional and global team, partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations and Professional Services to support the growth and success of the business.
• Legal Compliance : Remain up-to-date on relevant industry laws and regulations to ensure an ongoing ability to provide sound compliance advice.

What We Need From You

We have a market-based pay structure that varies by location. The base pay for this position is dependent on location, as outlined below, as well as the candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for bonuses, benefits, and equity.

Base Pay Range : San Francisco Bay Area - $210,000 - $270,000.
