Position Summary
Blondies Salon & Spa is seeking a licensed and detail-oriented Nail Technician to join our service team. In this role, you will provide exceptional nail servicesmanicures, pedicures, gel applications, and nail enhancementswhile delivering a luxurious and personalized guest experience. The ideal candidate is highly skilled, professional, and passionate about the beauty and wellness industry. Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience
- Conduct personalized consultations to assess client needs and preferences
- Provide high-quality manicures, pedicures, gel services, and nail enhancements
- Educate clients on nail care, product usage, and at-home maintenance
- Maintain detailed service notes, product recommendations, and guest preferences
- Encourage repeat business through exceptional service, follow-up, and rebooking
Goal Setting & Performance Tracking
Participate in monthly one-on-one coaching sessions with salon leadershipSubmit a coaching reflection form one week prior to each sessionTrack service and retail performance to align with personal and team goalsContinued Education & Growth
Attend paid education sessions offered by BlondiesStay up-to-date on current nail trends, techniques, and product innovationsShare knowledge with teammates to contribute to ongoing salon developmentCleanliness & Sanitation
Follow all sanitation and sterilization protocols in accordance with state board regulationsMaintain a clean, organized, and professional workstationEnsure tools, implements, and common areas are consistently sanitized and well-stockedMarketing & Business Development
Maintain an active and professional social media presence showcasing your nail workShare relevant photos and captions a minimum of twice per weekParticipate in promotional opportunities and salon-hosted eventsCompensation & Benefits

Minimum Qualifications
Current Indiana Nail Technician License or Cosmetology LicenseProficiency in all aspects of nail care and nail enhancementsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsConfidence in product and service recommendationsTime management and organizational skillsDedication to continued education and team collaborationLevel System & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
