Job duties :

  • Cleanse data and build meaningful analysis to summarize results and trends
  • Serve as subject matter expert on Specifications, Pricing, Systems and Reporting
  • Leverage advanced analytical and technical skills (MS Excel / Access) to complete deliverables
  • Partner with departments to support RFP (Request for Proposal) and New Business Opportunities
  • Create Savings Analysis
  • Develop pricing tools to be used by operations teams
  • Build strategic relationships with internal and external customers
  • Challenge the status quo where appropriate and seek innovative service solutions

Job qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Finance or Business emphasis preferred
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience preferred
  • Advanced level in MS Excel required, MS Access experience preferred
  • Prior experience in Print production or knowledge of print specifications is highly desirable
  • Expert understanding of the correlation between product specifications and price
  • Experience manipulating data, identifying trends, and building presentations to tell a story
  • Experience managing multiple internal and external relationships
  • Understanding of ERP / Procurement systems (e.g., Oracle, Ariba, SAP, etc.) and reports
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be comfortable presenting data analysis to client and other senior stakeholders

Per Colorado state requirements, this posting reflects the salary range for this position for a Colorado based individual : $57,260 Minimum - $106,340 Maximum per annum.
