How You Create Impact
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented National Sea Logistics Pricing Manager to lead and optimize our pricing operations across the U.S. market. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping pricing strategies for Seafreight, particularly Trans-Pacific Eastbound (TPEB), while ensuring alignment with global standards and profitability goals. You'll collaborate across international teams, support client engagements, and drive performance across trade lanes.
What We Would Like You To Bring
Minimum 7-8 years of management experience driving TPEB pricing strategy and RFQ management experience. Demonstrated leadership and project management excellence across cross-functional teams. Strong analytical acumen with a proven track record in performance metric oversight and optimization. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage and influence internal and external stakeholders effectively. Highly organized, resilient, professional, and thrives under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
