Product Manager-laser cutting machine
Responsibilities :
- Training : Provide comprehensive training to North America sales teams to enhance their understanding of our cutting-edge laser cutting machines.
- Competitor Analysis : Continuously gather and analyze data on local competitors in the United States and Canada. Report findings on pricing, distribution channels, product launches, technology, logistics, and related.
- Market Research : Conduct thorough market research on the United States and Canada, including industry policies, national regulations, subsidy programs, and standardization requirements.
Analyze findings to inform strategic decisions.
Product Promotion : Lead the development of market-specific strategies to introduce our laser cutting machines as best-selling products.
This includes devising plans for distribution channels, product features, pricing strategies and targeted marketing campaigns.
Qualifications :
Demonstrated success working within the laser cutting machine industry or similar CNC product sectors as a product manager, marketing manager, project manager or a similar role.
Proven ability to deeply comprehend and anticipate market trends and dynamics within the United States and Canada.
Skill in leveraging resources from industry leaders and other pertinent channels.
Comprehensive understanding of mechanical principles and structures relevant to laser cutting machines.
Strong capacity to discern customer needs, communicate effectively, and craft tailored solutions to address specific challenges.
Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal communication, including the ability to deliver compelling presentations and offer customized solutions.
Demonstrated strength in analytical and logical thinking to interpret market data and make strategic decisions.
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
At least five years of relevant work experience.
Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is a plus.
Ability to excel both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and being able to iron out clarity from uncertainty.
Driven, self-motivated, and committed to achieving tangible results.
Ability to accommodate the time zone difference due to the ad-hoc communications with China-based colleagues.
