Summary :

Were seeking a responsible and customer-focused IT Support Associate to join our team. This position is perfect for someone in the early stages of their IT career who enjoys troubleshooting hardware and software supporting end users and empowering the business with intelligent technology solutions.

This role will work closely with the System Administrator and offers many opportunities for learning growth and hands-on experience across a wide range of technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide Tier 1 technical support for both Windows and macOS devices.
• Respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner via phone email or in-person.
• Set up configure and maintain desktops laptops and printers.
• Install upgrade and troubleshoot software applications.
• Support conference room technology VoIP phones and simple networking tasks.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support issues and resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues to the System Administrator as needed.
