The Vice President of Sales is responsible for leading the resort's sales strategy to drive revenue growth across all market segments, including leisure, group, corporate, and event business. This executive role oversees the sales team, develops strategic partnerships, and ensures alignment with the resort's brand and financial goals. Adheres to all company, safety, and departmental policies and procedures. Fosters teamwork and provides excellent guest service. Anticipates guest needs to exceed guest expectations. Builds brand loyalty by living the JW Marriott Core Values.

Skills / Qualifications :

• Strong background in hospitality sales, preferably in luxury or resort environments
• Proven leadership and team-building capabilities
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent selling skills and understanding of sales processes
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
• Knowledge of contractual agreements and legal implications
• Strong customer and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of overall hotel operations as they affect department
• Ability to use standard software applications and hotel systems including CI / TY
