Eastern Regional Sales Manager – Contract Division

Phillip Jeffries, a leading name in luxury wallcoverings, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive strategic sales initiatives and lead a high-performing team within our Contract Division. This is your opportunity to shape the future of commercial interiors while representing a brand known for innovation, elegance, and excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor and support a team of contract sales professionals
  • Conduct monthly 1-on-1s and performance reviews
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
  • Align regional sales strategies with company goals
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
  • Guide reps in developing and refining quarterly strategic plans
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Logistics, CX, and Design teams
  • Lead initiatives such as national sales meetings and onboarding programs
  • Track budgets and timelines to ensure project success
  • Promote transparent communication across teams and stakeholders

Experience & Expertise

  • Sales Leadership : 5+ years of sales experience, including 4+ years leading high-performing sales teams
  • Industry Insight : Deep understanding of the North American commercial market—bonus points for interiors industry experience
  • Team Builder : Proven ability to hire, train, and manage diverse teams, including remote roles
  • Strategic Thinker : Align sales strategies with business goals and drive measurable growth
  • Project Driver : Skilled in managing deadlines, budgets, and compensation plans with precision
  • Tech-Savvy : Comfortable with Microsoft applications—especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000-$140,000, based on industry experience and background
