Expansion Program Manager, AV Fleets

Launcher Role

As a Launcher, you'll play a foundational role in turning new markets live - bringing sites online, orchestrating cross-functional teams, and building launch processes that scale. You are a dynamic generalist with the tenacity to solve ambiguous problems, build new systems from scratch, and hustle toward launch-readiness with precision. What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end execution for new AV fleet market launches - from pre-launch planning through day-one operations.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across product, engineering, infra, operations, safety, and external AV partners.
• Operationalize launch playbooks into repeatable templates and identify blockers to AV fleet deployment.
• Stand up systems : from staffing to depot readiness, fleet tools to training.
• Manage launch budgets and schedules using Google sheets and other tools.
• Build dashboards, slides, and weekly updates for leadership and partner consumption.
• Interface with AV developer partners, facility managers, and internal operations leads to ensure full readiness.
• Serve as launch quarterback on-site - resolving real-time issues, conducting on-the-ground assessments, and ensuring operational excellence.

For Los Angeles, CA-based roles : The base salary range for this role is USD$116,000 per year - USD$128,500 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles : The base salary range for this role is USD$129,000 per year - USD$143,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
