Job Details – PACU RN Travel Nursing Opportunity

Job Title : PACU Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift

Location : Albany, NY 12208 (New York healthcare jobs)

Assignment Type : Travel Nursing

Start Date : November 10, 2025

End Date : February 9, 2026

Contract Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 12 Hour Nights (19 : 00 – 07 : 30)

Hours per Week : 36

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1950 - $2090

Dress Code : Navy blue scrubs required

EMR System : Epic EMR experience REQUIRED

PACU Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active RN license (New York State or compact nursing license)

Minimum 1 year of recent PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) nursing experience

Epic EMR experience is REQUIRED

Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced clinical environment

Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills

Compliance with facility dress code (navy blue scrubs)

PACU RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality post-anesthesia care to surgical patients in a hospital setting

Monitor patient recovery, vital signs, and manage pain effectively

Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and surgical healthcare teams

Accurately document patient care using Epic EMR

Educate patients and families on post-operative care and discharge instructions

Maintain a safe, supportive, and compliant clinical environment
