Qualifications :
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow or equivalent).
- Windows 10 / 11 experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory.
- Experience with desktop imaging technologies (MDT, LTI, ZTI).
- Expertise in Microsoft Office / 365, Microsoft Outlook, and Teams.
- HP, Canon, and Toshiba printer support experience.
- Tier 1 or Tier 2 diagnostics and troubleshooting experience with hardware and software.
- Familiarity with PC, Laptop, and Thin Client devices.
- Experience in documenting operating procedures and adept ticket notation ability.
- Experience with Asset Management & Inventory Control - Scanning, updating, tracking, collection, and overall management of NF assets to ensure accuracy and availability of equipment.
- Perform employee moves to include equipment tear-downs, installs, and cable management.
- Ability to work independently and in a large group setting.
- Effective organizational, planning, and time management skills.
