SALARY : $90,000 / yr + Sign On Bonus

SCHEDULE : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm

Midwest is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to support growing caseloads in our Ankeny, IA center! This is a center-based position working with early-intervention clients ages 2-5 on the Autism Spectrum. Our goal is to help our kiddos and their families build essential daily living, communication, and social skills that will help them thrive as they move forward into traditional school and community settings.

As a BCBA, your most important role is to provide exceptional therapy services to the families who trust Midwest with their child's care. This includes :

• Conducting functional behavior assessments / re-assessments
• Developing and updating individualized therapy plans
• Meeting regularly with families and caregivers to provide education on their child's therapy program
• Preparing required clinical materials for insurance authorizations / re-authorizations
• Supervising and training 1 : 1 therapists on each client's individualized program
• Analyzing data collected during therapy sessions to optimize ITPs
