Location - Our office in Portage, MI, or an option for remote work for the correct candidate.

Compensation :

• Starting salary : $50,000 per year for the first 90 days.
• After the initial 90 days : $35,000 per year base salary plus $1,000 per recruit who signs up, paid in increments of $250 for each of the first four transactions. Income potential exceeds six figures

Role Overview :

As an Appointment Setter / Junior Recruiter, you will be a key part of our recruiting team. In this role, you'll start by earning a stable salary during your onboarding phase and then transition to a combination of base salary and performance-based incentives. Your primary responsibilities will include setting appointments for our ownership team to meet with prospective real estate agents, as well as supporting our marketing and recruitment campaigns.
