Travel Nurse RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - $3,116 per week

Prime Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Decatur, Illinois. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 03 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 48 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel Position / Specialty : ICU RN(CVICU Preferred) Shift : Nights (1800-0630) 20 rooms / beds on unit. 1 : 5 ratios for all shifts. Years of experience REQ : Minimum 2 years' experience required. Weekend REQ : Will work every other weekend. Certs REQ : ACLS, BLC, NIH required. Is on-call REQ? No. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Will float as needed. Open to accommodating block schedule? Discuss schedule requests with manager. RTO Restrictions : Ideally no more than 5 days. Special Requirements : Required Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response Skills / Experience : Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Obtain 12 lead EKG. Pre / Post Cardiac Cath / intervention skills / experience required. Chronic / Acute Renal failure experience required. Required IV therapy skills / experience : Accessing ports, Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care / management, PICC line management, Starting IVs. Required Medication Experience : Continuous IV sedation, Emergency medications, Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips. CVA / Acute Stroke management experience required. Required Respiratory / Thoracic Skills / Experience : Assist with management of BiPAP, Assist with management of CPAP, Care of Ventilated Patient, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of ABGs, Suctioning (ETT, NT), Ventilator Management.
