A company is looking for a PMO Lead to manage project governance and quality oversight for a federal digitalization program.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project governance, quality, staffing, reporting, and contract compliance for a large-scale federal digitalization program
Develop and report on program deliverables, including project plans and performance metrics
Coordinate resource staffing plans and lead weekly status reporting and issue escalation processes
Required Qualifications
MBA or equivalent master's degree
12+ years of experience in program management or PMO roles on federal or large-scale commercial programs
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
PMP certification or equivalent experience with structured project frameworks
Strong financial acumen and understanding of federal contracts
