Administrative Assistant / RBT.
Role :
- Scheduling and maintaining appointments for staff.
- Maintain the company website and emails.
- Maintain the company calendar or a specific employee's calendar.
- Helping clients or customers if they have any questions, or helping visitors locate the correct office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, insurance carriers, and other employees.
- Answering calls and relaying messages from parents and / or insurance carriers.
- Assist with data entry, client onboarding, and new staff onboarding.
- Take inventory of office supplies and place orders accordingly, general office upkeep.
- Processing incoming bills and payments.
- Participate in in-office meetings or webinars and take notes and / or draft meeting minutes that participants can refer to later on.
