How Youll Make An Impact

• Act as an advocate for complex clients, providing assistance and coverage advice; monitor large and complex claims; document all pertinent activity related to the claim.
• Consult with clients and brokers on claims and coverage issues; facilitate and attend client meetings and claims reviews.
• Negotiate changes in reserves for a positive client outcome by line of coverage; provide status reports to clients as required by applicable service plans.
• Review action plans and reserves with consideration for client costs; actively research and obtain claims information from clients and carriers; communicate timely and accurately with all interested parties.
• Review new problematic or complex claims on designated clients and formulate a plan of action to achieve a favorable resolution.
