Your Role :

Administer medications and treatments as ordered

Monitor and document resident status and health concerns

Support wound care, mobility, and daily care needs

Communicate with residents, families, and care team

Foster a warm, person-centered care environment

Qualifications :

Active Georgia LPN or RN License (Required)

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience highly preferred

Passion for resident-centered care and compassion for the aging population
