Step into a pivotal role as our Warehouse Maintenance Coordinator at SHEIN in beautiful Whitestown, IN. Reporting to the Sr. Maintenance Manager, you'll dive into the heart of our operations, ensuring the seamless maintenance of our dynamic warehouse environment. In this full-time, exempt position, your passion for mechanics will keep our engines running smoothly.

Your Mission :

  • Champion the maintenance of essential warehouse equipment—from conveyor systems to forklifts, ensuring peak performance with proactive routines to reduce downtime.
  • Decode blueprints and electrical schematics like a pro, executing precise maintenance tasks.
  • Safeguard our facility's structural integrity with exceptional upkeep of lighting, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Coordinate with external experts when specialty repairs are needed.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of parts and tools, replenishing stocks efficiently to avert operational glitches.
  • Lead safety measures by regularly inspecting and revising safety protocols to combat potential hazards.
  • Keep meticulous maintenance records, delivering insightful reports on equipment efficacy and maintaining cost-efficiency.
