LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicate Payroll Systems Specialist to join our clients team. As a vital member of the HR department, you will be responsible for managing payroll data and processes.
Key responsibilities include :
Maintaining payroll records and confidential employee information securely
Collaborating with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data
Assisting in the implementation of payroll policies and procedures
Generating reports and analyzing payroll data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Troubleshoot and resolve user requests and system / data problems
Perform routine system maintenance and maintain error logs
Resolve data and interface errors
Test system modifications, load data, and record transactions in the HRMS system
Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with databases, custom report writing and payroll
Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite
Working Hours :
Monday-Thursday from 9 : 00am-5 : 00pm PST
Friday from 9 : 00am-1 : 00pm PST
36 hours per week
