Manager - Sales Operations
Sales operations supports the DENTALEZ / DSX sales teams by utilizing technology and systems to improve efficiency and achieve sales goals. The key responsibilities of the Sales Operations role include :
- Implementing and managing CRM tools to maximize opportunities and customer relationships
Manage and monitor quoting, bid, and promotion processes, ensuring alignment of all corporate processes and expectations.
Clean up excess reports and ensure all necessary sales reports are present in ZohoOngoing management of Zoho system, including tool enhancements that allow for hitting Zoho utilization goals.Developing and implementing sales processes for sales teamsProcess for promo tracking and data management
Process for tracking leads-to-sales with data managementOversight of consignment inventory review processOversight and management of sales report repositoryManagement of a central location for all sales reports (i.e. sales forecasts, QBR's, quotas, promo tracking, etc.)
Collaborating with other departments and upper management to identify business goalsUtilize discussion of sales action items from leadership team and x-matrix meetings to ensure cohesiveness of strategy and tactical implementation
Align tools and reporting to monitor and manage goalsFacilitate training (new and ongoing) of sales representativesDistribution and monitoring of Acto compliance and deployment of new modules
Communication with marketing / engineering departments to ensure latest training modules / presentations are loadedManagement of Acto systemCreate and manage automation tools to increase sales process efficiencyManage technical tools and platforms, handle lead generationManage the distribution and activity tracking of marketing-generated leads
Continuously research any tools or market reports that increase our sales reach or improve sales efficiency (i.e. market data reports, new hardware to assist in activity data entry, etc.)Assume management of competitive intel siteWeekly intel sent in and entered and managed by sales ops
Monitoring Qlik reports and ensuring data accuracy by working as sales liaison with ITTrade show and dealer meeting managementSchedule / manage all trade show attendance / activity; proactively staff meetings with all attendeesCoordinate all equipment / products to be utilizedBudgetary control : ensure adherence to meeting budget, proactively seek out ROI opportunities (i.e. DCIM cost controls, staffing control, etc.)ContractsCoordinate inception-to-delivery process flow for institutional contracts (i.e. ensure review and signatures from all necessary parties)
