TEKsystems is currently seeking career-driven candidates for a Loan Officer Assistant opportunity with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in the Pensacola, FL area. Position : Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) Job Description : To provide administrative support to Supervisory Staff, Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs), Processors and Closers in order to expedite the processing of mortgage applications. Provide mortgage administration and post-closing assistance. To receive and respond to inquiries from members regarding mortgage applications. Assist Secondary Marketing with retrieving outstanding Notes and preparing files for delivery, after closing has occurred. Initiate setup of mortgage applications by printing application and credit report. Monitor incoming loan volume; assigning and tracking each loan prior to forwarding. Monitor, field and direct phone calls; document as required. Skills and Qualifications : Mortgage / Real Estate / Financial Institution is highly preferred. 1-3 years of office / administrative experience. Leadership experience within a retail or restaurant setting. Strong multitasking skills. Excel and SharePoint experience is a plus. Work Environment : Monday - Friday; 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm. Fully onsite for first 6 months. Ability to go hybrid following. Hands-on training and development provided. Room for long-term advancement.
