Lead Senior Software Engineer

A company is looking for a Lead Senior Software Engineer, Agentic AI Applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement agentic AI blueprints for enterprise deployment

Lead technical reviews and mentor the engineering team in building production-grade workflows

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the agentic ecosystem and optimize application performance

Required Qualifications

BS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; MS or PhD preferred

8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years as a tech lead

Proficient in Python with 6+ years of experience in building applications for enterprise customers

Experience with GenAI application development and distributed orchestration frameworks

Ability to learn and apply new technologies and work independently in a distributed team
