This is not a passive role you will own the sales pipeline, market strategy execution, relationship development, and technical advocacy for our products in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close new accounts in E&P, well services, tubular distributors, and oilfield service providers.
  • Achieve defined sales targets and quotas on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Technical Sales & Customer Advisory
  • Serve as the in-field technical specialist for the company's coating systems (thermal diffusion + polymer layers).
  • Consult clients on coating selection, performance expectations, well conditions (corrosion, asphaltenes, paraffins), design constraints, and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Work in concert with operations, R&D, and field engineers to ensure proper execution and client satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy
  • Monitor competitive coating technologies, pricing trends, regulatory impacts, and client needs in the IPC / tubular protection space.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on product improvement opportunities, market gaps, and client demands.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and technical workshops to grow presence and awareness.
  • Relationship Management & Customer Retention
  • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with key client stakeholders technical, operational, and purchasing.
  • Ensure high levels of service, delivery, quality, and follow-on sales.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and renewals.

Compensation & Incentives

  • Competitive base salary aligned with industry benchmarks (commensurate with experience and pipeline)
  • Uncapped commission / bonus structure based on revenue, margin, customer retention, and cross-sell
  • Sign-on / acquisition bonus for clients brought across
  • Equity / profit-sharing or long-term incentive (for high performers)
  • Travel & field expenses reimbursement
  • Flexibility : full-time, part-time, or contract engagement depending on candidate fit
  • Why This Role Is Compelling

  • You'll be at the frontline of growth, owning your territory, pipeline, and brand presence
  • An opportunity to disrupt the IPC coatings market with advanced tech from a company focused on sustainability and innovation
  • High earning potential for someone with the right drive, relationships, and technical know-how
  • Hands-on involvement with product development feedback, field trials, and strategic initiatives
  • Joining a lean, dynamic organization where your contributions will directly shape outcomes
