About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, results-driven Retail Sales Representative to join our in-store team full-time. In this customer-facing role, you’ll represent our brand, assist shoppers in finding the right products or services, and help drive sales through exceptional service and product knowledge.

What You’ll Do

Greet and engage customers in a professional and welcoming manner

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of merchandise to drive purchase decisions

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor

Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems

Achieve individual and store sales goals through upselling and cross-selling

Handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns with professionalism

Stay informed about promotions, inventory updates, and product launches

Compensation

Salary Range : $40,000 – $60,000 per year (base + commissions and bonuses)

Employment Type : Full-time

Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends

Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
