Every Time. What You’ll Do As the Shipping & Inventory Manager at Prep Network, you’ll lead the logistics engine behind 400+ premier sports events each year.
From scoreboards to signage, staff gear to game-day essentials, you’ll ensure every item is where it needs to be—on time, every time.

Prep Network isn’t your average sports company—we’re all about helping student-athletes succeed and creating an awesome workplace. Core Responsibilities Oversee Shipping Operations for 400+ Events Annually Plan, coordinate, and execute the packing and shipping of all event materials, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
Manage Inventory and Warehouse Operations Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient 50x50 ft warehouse space as well as additional off-site storage.
Track inventory levels across hundreds of SKUs and implement systems to ensure availability and accuracy.
Negotiate with Vendors and Drive Cost-Saving Initiatives Identify, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships for shipping, materials, and supplies.
Continuously evaluate for efficiency and cost reduction.
Lead Returns and Re-Inventory Processes Design and manage workflows for receiving and restocking returned event materials.
Conduct quality checks and maintain detailed records of damage, loss, and replenishment needs.
Hire, Train, and Manage Warehouse & Shipping Support Staff Build and manage a team of full-time and contract workers to support warehouse operations.
Provide training, schedule labor around seasonal peaks, and enforce accountability.
