Data Visualization, Design and Communications Specialist

We are looking for graphic designer and data storytelling connoisseur, skilled at bringing together the worlds of data and design to create compelling data storylines.
Your responsibility includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including illustrations, layouts, infographics, emails and more, that best tell the story of paid media performance.
You will be responsible for shaping the written analysis and visual aspects of email newsletters, playbooks, presentations and more.
Your creativity and ability to translate data and requirements into design should capture attention and communicate the right message to our intended audience.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deliver content derived from data in the form of email newsletters, infographics, and presentations that effectively communicate the results of our paid media campaigns.
- Collaborate with client, media, and creative stakeholders on campaign communication that demonstrates a superior ability to tell a story from data with expert design and layout skills on an ongoing basis.
- Creatively translate ideas and concepts into professional, aesthetically pleasing layouts that successfully achieve our client’s communication objectives for paid media campaigns.
Requirements
- An awesome portfolio showcasing experience in designing marketing communication emails, infographics, and presentations.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate information and data effectively and beautifully.
- Understanding of media measurement (e.g., impression, CPM, CTR, VCR) and acquisition metrics (CPA, Conversion Rate, ROI, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational skills, collaboration skills and multi-tasking capabilities
- Strong project management skills, ability to manage time effectively and communicate across internal stakeholders and clients.
- Strong capability to perform well under pressure and manage short deadlines.
- Professional experience working with advertising agencies or in digital marketing is preferred.
- A degree in design, advertising, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Systems and Tools
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience with HTML and CSS
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Keynote
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools like HIVE, AirTable, and Microsoft Teams
Compensation Range : $70,000 - $125,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications / skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).
The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
