Construction Administrator – Self-Perform Division

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to support the operations of our self-perform division, specializing in electrical, framing, and drywall trades throughout our multifamily development projects. This role is critical in maintaining cost controls, processing billings, and supporting piece work tracking to ensure labor efficiency and project profitability.
This position requires a strong understanding of AIA billing (G702 / G703), budget management, change order administration, and piece work documentation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience working within a self-perform or general contractor structure.
