Job Description

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the HVAC sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients and partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth. New business development is always a focus and they are looking for a self starter!
• Provide technical support and expertise to clients during the sales process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders and potential clients.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HVAC Sales Manager - Custom Solutions / Equipment should have :

• 5+ years of sales experience in the HVAC space - Required
• Experience leading a team or management experience - Required
• Valid Drivers License
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to drive in territory - Required
• This is a regional role but candidates must have ability to leave country - Required
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies.
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
