Job description :
- Oversee the ongoing and effective operation of various patient safety and risk management activities.
- Perform and oversee claim management functions including investigation and analysis.
- Conduct risk assessments for new services.
- Perform root cause analysis for the system including action plan tracking and facilitation.
- Manage the Patient Safety Council and integrate the corporate TERM program into the overall risk management program.
- Collaborate with department directors and the executive team to implement corporate and facility risk reduction strategies.
- Provide expertise regarding regulatory and compliance standards and processes.
- Engage in data analysis, reporting, and education.
- Provide leadership and be accountable for related activities.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field is required.Two (2) to Five (5) years of Risk Management experience; acute care experience preferred.Must have leadership experience in a hospital setting.Senior management experience is required.Willingness to travel occasionally.Why is This a Great Opportunity :
