JOB SUMMARYWorks in coordination with interdisciplinary teams to organize, prepare, and deliver evidence based clinical services across the continuum of care. Maintains ethical principles and professional standards of practice in adherence to the discipline’s professional code of ethics.Setting of clinical care and population served will depend on unique needs of Business Unit.
This role offers the opportunity to travel between the Bristol and Plainville offices —bringing variety to your workday and the chance to collaborate across multiple teams and communities.

Minimum RequirementsEducationMaster’s Degree in Social Work, or Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy or Related Human Service FieldExperiencePrevious experience in a healthcare settingLicensure, Certification, RegistrationLCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADCValid Driver's License
