As we scale, we're seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Partnerships to build, lead, and scale our referral partner channel, with a focus on HR consulting firms, PEOs, and insurance brokerages.
This is a mission-critical role that will be responsible for developing a partner ecosystem that generates a consistent flow of qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue. The Head of Partnerships role combines strategy development, partner acquisition, and hands-on execution. You'll work cross-functionally with sales and marketing to ensure referral partners are acquired, enabled, and incentivized to drive growth.
