Job description

LHH seeks a Revenue Coordinator in Federal Way, WA.

Location : (On-site ) Federal Way, WA 98001

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Collate backup documentation for refund checks, prepare envelopes, and ensure daily mail pickup / drop-off.
  • Update Excel spreadsheets with daily batch deliveries to Imaging.
  • Handle high-priority compliance refunds using certified return receipt mailing.
  • Print and mail outgoing correspondence with attention to detail.
  • Process and distribute both physical and virtual incoming mail and faxes.
  • Submit IT tickets for printer or SPM issues and proactively communicate disruptions to leadership.
  • Review CAT refund packets for proper approval levels (Signature Authority).
  • Run daily refund files for Accounts Payable (CAT).
  • Re-mail returned refund checks when appropriate.
  • Process CAT program loads twice daily.
  • Monitor shared email inbox for refund support and respond promptly.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Demonstrate consistent, punctual attendance as scheduled.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, office operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Prior experience in office assistance or management preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ideal for recent graduates of medical billing and coding programs looking to gain hands-on experience and get their foot in the door
  • Pay Details : $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
