About The Position

• Screen, evaluate & treat patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop & adjust care plans using evidence-based practice and standardized assessments.
• Provide counseling to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Document patient progress, treatment minutes, and discharge summaries per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team; participate in care conferences & rehab meetings.
• Supervise and support CFY or student SLPs.
• Maintain compliance with ASHA, state practice acts, and code of ethics.
