Site Reliability Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for the Site Reliability Engineering function

Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of SRE engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence

Collaborate with development teams to ensure systems are resilient, performant, and aligned with business goals

Required Qualifications

STEM degree (BSc, MSc) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields

7+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Software Engineering roles

Proven track record of building and maintaining highly available, distributed systems

Strong understanding of incident management, SLAs / SLOs / SLIs, and service reliability metrics

Ability to foster a culture of automation, reliability, and continuous improvement
