Description :

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for a home health position.

The nurse will work a day shift of 5 days a week.

The average visit ratio is 5-20 visits per day.

Productivity is monitored through a daily point system.

The role requires every 4th weekend work, receiving 2 days off around those weekends.

On-call duties will be required for 3-5 nights per month.

Nurses will not take on-call shifts on nights not scheduled to work during the day.

The position serves a diverse population with high acuity patients.

Candidates must possess skills in phlebotomy, wound care, infusion therapy, and more.

Experience with a variety of medical equipment and procedures is essential.

Continuing education regarding changes in care and procedures will be encouraged.

Returning of issued supplies and equipment is expected upon contract completion.

Candidates should have strong assessment and critical thinking skills.

Candidates will participate in a rotation to cover weekends.
