Compensation

$22 per hour

The pay range is subject to the discretion of the Company. Additionally, Veho offers a competitive equity package, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage as well as other benefits such as 401k and generous PTO for full-time roles.

Anticipated Schedule : Wednesday - Saturday overnights between 8pm and 8am

About The Role

As a Ground Operations Lead at Veho, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics activities. You will be at the forefront of daily interactions with cross-functional teams, orchestrating efforts to maintain safety standards while achieving operational excellence. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding a shared shift to guarantee successful launches and sorts, in collaboration with both the Veho team and our valued driver partners.

• Navigate technology platforms to manage operational changes, re-routes, and other logistical challenges with ease and efficiency.
• Assess operational needs swiftly and work cross-functionally to orchestrate seamless operations, prioritizing safety and driving success.
• Operate a forklift and potentially a box truck with skill and precision, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods and materials as needed.
• Provide high levels of customer service to our crowd-sourced driver partners and internal teams.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively lead a shift.
• Stand for extended periods, move boxes, bend, and frequently lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs, ensuring physical readiness for the demands of the role.
