Job Title : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Contract Position
Location : Milford, DE
Duration : 6-14 weeks (flexible choice)
Hourly Rate : $35 / hour
Shifts Available : All shifts
Schedule : 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join us on a contract basis.
Responsibilities :
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents under the direction of registered nurses and physicians.
- Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed protocols.
- Monitor resident health status and report any changes to the appropriate medical personnel.
- Assist with the implementation of care plans and ensure residents' needs are met.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident assessments, treatments, and observations.
- Uphold ethical and professional standards of nursing practice.
Requirements :
- Valid LPN license in the state of Delaware.
- Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
