Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR)
We are seeking a personable and detail-driven Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our client team. This position focuses on providing outstanding service and support to personal lines clients. Quality relationship management, attention to details and policy care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver exceptional service to personal lines clients via phone and email.
 - Process endorsements, renewals, policy changes, cancellations, and reinstatements.
 - Review policy documents for accuracy and ensure coverage adequacy.
 - Maintain accurate, organized client files within AMS360.
 - Communicate with carriers to resolve billing, claims, or policy questions.
 - Assist producers and account managers with service-related tasks and client communication.
 
Qualifications :
Active Property & Casualty license (required).Proficiency with AMS360 (required).13 years of personal lines experience in an independent agency preferred.Strong knowledge of personal lines coverages including Auto, Homeowners, Renters, and Umbrella.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.Commitment to accuracy, dependability, and exceptional customer service.What We Offer :
