The Talent Management Process Lead will play a critical role on the Talent Management Team by helping to define, enhance, and execute all bank-wide talent initiatives and ensure that these initiatives are delivered on time.
This individual will need to ensure that timelines and KPIs are met and then help with the reporting and communication of success to senior leaders.
Responsibilities :
Develop and improve all key talent management processes, including performance management, talent planning, employee engagement, and others as needed.
Create timelines, toolkits, and other resources for varying levels of leaders to introduce, guide, and manage talent management processes to completion.
Partner closely with HR and business leaders to ensure processes are fully implemented or completed in a timely manner.
Build into each process Change Management assets to ensure adoption and timely completion.
Partner closely with the Marketing and Comms team to create communication plans and draft materials to aid adoption and completion of critical tasks.
Develop and monitor effectiveness metrics and other critical KPIs to help determine success.
Partner with key stakeholders to regularly collect feedback and improve processes.
Report out regularly to leadership on status of processes and escalate any critical items, as necessary.
Strategically think through timing / deadlines for Talent Management processes given all bank priorities.

Project Management skills :
Project Management Professional, (PMP) Preferred
Drive all deadlines, ensure accountability, and escalate risks as needed
Process Design :
Improve process design of key talent management processes (e.g. performance management, talent and succession planning, and leadership development assessments)
Design clear, clean, thoughtful workflows
Talent Management experience :
Working knowledge of general talent management practices, including talent assessment, performance management, succession planning, and leadership assessment tools
5-7 years of progressive experience in Talent Management.
Education :
Degree in Business, Mathematics, Organization Development or Human Resources or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Tools :
MS PowerPoint - advanced
MS Excel intermediate
Workday experience (preferably administrative access experience)
PowerBI or other data analytics experience
