Overview
Technical Control Facility (TCF) Analyst role at ASRC Federal. Location : Schriever Space Force Base, CO. Employment Type : Full-Time, Salaried (Exempt – Professional / Administrative). Clearance : Active DoD Secret Required.

What You'll Do
- Configure, monitor, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems in a controlled facility environment.
- Analyze network diagrams and circuit documentation to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex issues.
- Perform provisioning, routing, and timing synchronization for network and circuit operations.
- Coordinate with DISA, commercial carriers, and mission partners for circuit testing, troubleshooting, and documentation updates.
- Operate diagnostic equipment such as T-BERD or Fireberd for circuit continuity testing and signal validation.
- Use tools like SolarWinds and Wireshark to monitor and optimize network performance.
- Support network security compliance under DoD 8570 and COMSEC standards.
- Provide rotational after-hours and on-call support for the Global Broadcast Operations Center (GBOC) and Space Defense Interface Network (SDIN).
- Maintain meticulous technical records, configuration baselines, and operational logs.
What You Bring
2+ years of hands-on experience in network administration or technical support (highly preferred).Strong understanding of TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, subnetting, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP.Experience configuring and troubleshooting enterprise-level networking equipment.Familiarity with network security, VPNs, and firewall management.Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to make critical circuit priority judgments independently and perform equipment / circuit restoral decisions with little or no supervision.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Network Engineering (Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).Experience in a Technical Control Facility (TCF) or similar mission-critical communications environment.Familiarity with DISN standards, signal routing, fiber distribution, and timing systems.Experience coordinating with DISA or other defense agencies.Working knowledge of COMSEC equipment and KG encryptors.Proficiency with cross-connect and distribution systems such as patch and fiber panels.Certifications
Required : CompTIA Security+Preferred : CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, Juniper JNCIASecurity Clearance
Must possess an active DoD Secret Clearance at time of hire.Schedule & Work Environment
