System Test Analyst. Candidates must hold an active Secret security clearance or higher and be able to work onsite. Location : Schriever SFB. Travel is less than 10% as needed; most work will be conducted onsite. Some non-standard hours may be required due to test event schedules.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or other STEM field from an accredited college.
- DoD 8570 IAT Level-II certification (e.g., Sec+). If not held, candidates may be considered and will have up to 60 days from the C2BMC Program Start Date to obtain the applicable certification.
- Experience with an object-oriented coding language (e.g., Python, Java, etc.).
- Experience manipulating and working with large data sets.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience working in a Linux environment.Strong background in Mathematics and Physics.Working knowledge of ballistic or non-ballistic missile defense concepts, Command and Control (C2) systems, defense communication systems, the Missile Defense System (MDS), and Space Domain Awareness.Responsibilities
Participate in the development of metrics, statistics, and descriptive analysis to support the evaluation of C2BMC system performance.Conduct research and analysis to identify meaningful patterns and trends from test datasets, employing statistical methods to validate or reject hypotheses about the data.Employ data visualization, simulation, and system modeling to achieve desired analysis results.Assist in developing straightforward solutions to technical problems and create actionable insights for the C2BMC test team and decision makers.Collaborate with the development team to communicate key test findings and assist with anomaly resolution.Aid in the development of new software tools and maintenance of the existing toolset.About Benefits and EEO
