We're Hiring : Systems Administrator – IT Operations & Cybersecurity Focus

Location : Rancho Cordova, CA

Type : Full-Time | IT Operations

Focus Areas : Microsoft 365 | Vulnerability Management | Cybersecurity

What You’ll Do

  • Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune).
  • Lead or support vulnerability management efforts—identify, prioritize, and remediate risks.
  • Maintain and monitor server infrastructure (Windows / Linux).
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement hardening standards and best practices.
  • Automate tasks and improve operational workflows using scripting tools (e.g., PowerShell).
  • Participate in incident response and system troubleshooting.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years in systems administration or IT operations.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration and best practices.
  • Familiarity with vulnerability management tools (Tenable, Qualys, Defender for Endpoint).
  • Solid understanding and track record of implementing best practices in Microsoft environments.
  • A security-first mindset and a drive to continuously improve.

    • Bonus Points For :

  • PowerShell scripting skills.
  • Experience with Azure or AWS.
  • Certifications like CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator, etc.
