Shop Supervisor for Fleet Maintenance Shop

TCI Leasing is looking for hard working, dedicated team players who possess a positive attitude to work as Shop Supervisor at our Pomona , CA location!
Schedule
Monday - Friday 10 : 30am to 7 : 00pm
Management Skills & Requirements :
- Manage day to day activities in a maintenance repair facility
- Knowledge of Transportation Industry Required
- Must be able to multitask
- Be able to take information for breakdowns and dispatch repairs locally and out of area to effectively minimize down time
- Accurately complete written record of work performance
- Maintain a clean work and shop area as directed by Safety SOP's
- Communicate w / drivers & customers regarding DVIR's (Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports)
- Must possess a valid driver's license, preferably a commercial license
- Self-motivated & Leadership skills a plus
- Physically be able to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to be on call
- Effectively communicate w / all internal and external customers
