Job Summary

The HR Generalist will provide hands-on, day-to-day HR support for the company\'s employees and leadership. This generalist role will be involved in all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to compliance and employee relations. This role will play a key role in developing and implementing foundational HR procedures and policies to support the company\'s growth.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding :

• Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including creating job descriptions, posting open positions, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate and process all new hire paperwork, including offer letters, I-9s, and employee information.
• Lead new hire orientations to ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience.
