Lead and manage large transition projects with global delivery capabilities. Act as the 1st escalation point for client, incumbent, and IBM in the transition. Must coordinate and manage multiple workstreams that are involved during the transition timeline, which may include application management, infrastructure, and security services scope. Lead transition governance, communicate with the senior most (such as CIO) of the client organization, at the same time with the lower level team members in their organization. May need to perform pre-sales support as a transition expert.

Required technical and professional expertise : Must have over 5 years of experience managing complex transitions involving application development and maintenance. Excellent communication, ability to negotiate and govern the transition is a must. Must have understanding of the current GenAI based tools that could be useful during transition and delivery.

Preferred technical and professional experience : Strong Transition Management expertise and excellent communication is a must.
